Wednesdays 6:00 PM (ready to roll by 6:15)
Birds Hill Park, Chickadee parking lot*
Starting Wed April 12th
- 1 lap warm up (11km park road) as a group.
- Meet back at lot #2 where Nancy will give you the interval work out du jour.
- Pace groups may be established based on attendance.
- Warm down lap together as a group.
All riders welcome. However, these will be hard intervals. Go at your own, hard, pace but this is not a no-drop group ride.

*Enter Birds Hill Park from main entrance off Hwy 59. Take North Drive. Chickadee parking lot is the first road side lot you will come to. The sign says Lot #2. Park in the roadside area there or take a left and drive into the Chickadee trail head for more parking (and closer access to outhouses).
